We are not like most mechanic shops.

• We do not take jobs and then let your vehicle sit in line until we feel like working on it. In most cases, we will work to limit the “sit time”, including allowing you to continue to drive the vehicle while we wait on parts (when possible).
• We are direct and up-front regarding scheduling. We also honor our appointments and will do everything in our power to prioritize your time over ours.
• We do not push unnecessary work on our customers. If we feel that additional work is needed other than that which we were called on to perform, we will specify that which is a safety/legal issue and that which is elective and may be able to wait.
• We do not up-sell our customers. We do the job that needs to be done.
• We do not “throw parts at it”. Many shops make money by trying to replace the most expensive component(s) as possible. We do not. If it can be fixed cheaper, we will fix it cheaper.
• But, most importantly, we have the type of staff that you will enjoy doing business with. We are probably just like you. We work in the trucking industry and deal with the same issues that you do. As such, we believe that we are the perfect company to help you with your long-term maintenance needs and not just your emergency work. Let us help you prevent that emergency.
